  1. Iv just got another source for wood so could just do with getting another good couple of customers on board ? Steve
  2. I use a kindlett but with clean new off cut softwood And have two other more vintage machines
  3. I have a large stock of kindling and am looking for new outlets any one interested let me know Regards steve
  4. The less teeth you have the more rip you get on my two saw I have a ripping saw and cross cut you have far mre teeth for a cleaner cut but less teeth for a rougher cut Steve
  5. Wher are you could be interested in the joinery before you produce to kindling
  6. Indeedtbh I will probly mount it on a trailer and take to local steam shows :-) Do have another made by the same company but not sure but it could be older than this one
  7. As I do a bit of kindling I have found another machine to go with the kindlett I have an m glover machine I have which my grandfather bought some 45 years ago for £500 And have found another survivor that I have just purchased used in the early 1900s :-) Something a little vintage I would say
  8. We have a matbro at the farm but they are now getting old but if replacing it it would certainly only be a jcb

  10. We have a kindlet and another machine which is a lot older
  11. On the old machine if me and my grandfather were on it we could produce 40 an hour easily The kindlet produces 40-50 an hour and that's of our size bags ? Steve
  12. Yes she's a beast I believe her to be from the early 1900s but not sure Iv never seen another the same ? Steve
  13. Surely it will depend on size of bag to start with ! Also if it the planks are anything like the ones where I work they get covered in chemicals cement rust as said above I certainly wouldn't want to be buying a bag of kindling with contaminated wood in it Steve

I shall measure the sides but there the standard ones Now that advert is special because the over machine I have is made by M Glover & co but I can't find any history about it and I have looked hi and Lo and never seen another like it ! I know for fact that my grandfather bought the machine over 45 years ago and paid £500 for it back then ?

Well as the above says What machines do you guys use for kindling new and old more interested in the older machines really I run a kindlet Also have another machine that I believe to be extremely old but unsure I will have to take a photo though but would be interested to see what others use also to see if there is a sister for my other machine ?   18. I think Iv managed to put a listing on there if things change I will put a full listing on there it's been a tough year so far with the loss I'm my grandfather 9 months ago
  19. I probly have 200 pallets with material on them ready for chopping and they will all go on the fire to me it's just not worth it Steve
  20. Pallet boards will go through it but it just takes more time to break pallets up !

  23. Indeed I have just put it up to £3.50 a bag Iv sold over a 1000 bags already through the summer
