  1. just a suggestion and it may hit home harder, but when I'm refreshing people I have in the past ( when someone has scoffed at a chainsaw being dangerous) used a pig leg to show how fast it will cut through.
  2. if its back firing alot check then valves and the clearances as if they are not closing correctley or tightly enough then to much fuel will be going through and igniting in the exhurst. try a good dose of petrol cleaner in with the fuel and run it hot, it should blast out a good cloud of black smoke, if it does then the valves and internals are pretty clogged up
  3. its a landrover , if has not been done already then it probabley cannot be done! I use my winch cable as a crane over the top of my 130 defender to lift ton bags into the back via 3 pulleys
  4. as long as the shaft and pully assembley will fit through the deck you buy you can re drill the holes to bolt the engine onto the new deck. I have a number of modified mowers as various parts have failed over the years but do try to get a similar deck
  5. For the larger more complex landscaping jobs I offer my clients a 10% reduction if they have the work done between October and Feb. I have always been fully booked for the last 12 years!
  6. I have a veteran horse chesnut which is dead to fell mid july, I'm in North derbyshire 07734324597 , Shaggy
  7. I charge £20 per hour for small gardens and a set fee for larger lawns if I can get my big mowers on site ie an acre lawn will take me 45 mins but I charge £40 per cut
