  1. The one has but not the new one. Thanks
  2. Hi, I've recently bought a complete climbing kit second hand. The dilemma I have is, I now own two harnesses. I originally had the skylotec kolibri 3d, which I've owned and climbed with for about a year and a half. The new harness is a Tree Austria 3 about a year old. Which one should I keep? and is it worth selling the other one or should I keep it as aback up? Thanks in advance

  5. Hi, Im looking at upgrading my Buckingham spikes. They're ok for short periods but when I'm in them for a while I find them very uncomfortable. I'm thinking of getting alloy Bashlins with Velcro straps. Are they any good? Any suggestions would be much appreciated Thanks in advance:001_smile:
  6. For me it would definitely have to be 560, 372 and a 395.
  7. Hi, Could someone point me in the right direction please. I've tried a few different throw lines, mainly Marlow but find they tangle and knot very easy. I'm very interested to see what other people are using. Thanks in advance Ed

  14. Hi everyone, I'm still quite new to climbing and want to try something other than climbing on a standard prusik. I was looking at a hitch climber set up and would like to try it. Is it safe and easy to use? Thanks in advance

  18. Hi everyone, I could be on a job where a dead tree needs dismantling. The tree is a big beech which has been dead about two years. it looks solid enough to climb but when and how do you class a tree not safe to climb? There will be no lowering so no shock loading on the tree. Sorry if this question has been asked before. Thanks in advance.
  19. I asked this very question to someone the other day! and didn't get a clear answer. So I would love to know what you can and can't do. Cheers Ed
