Back to your original post and ALL THE POINTS RAISED I'd agree with you. I'm fortunate enough to not have to work to hard. But when I do, I make sure they know who's still leading by example.

Well I don't agree. It's in a much better state than many others. All lights etc still work bed and body are sound. Just the wheel. There's still another one left

It's not scrap just yet!! Been welded back on until I get new ones in the spring.
