  1. 205/80/16 aren't they Andi? You got the spacers fitted?
  2. She wouldn't tonight there's a road block
  3. Thanks looks like ill take it!
  4. Mates offered me his 2010 ms250 that he's used about 5 times from buying new.. He's given me first refusal to buy for £150 or he wants me to eBay it for him.. Is it worth buying?
  5. You still require 2 fuel cans as the mix's are different? 50:1 for saw and two stokes and 25:1 for the new 4s.. That what I was told by dealer.
  6. New 4s are 25-1 mix?!
  7. If your correct then thanks very much! Andi that posted after you could his diagnosis also be correct? Many thanks
  8. £210 for 4 on eBay £30 delivery made for on and off road.. Do those monsters sound like the wheel bearings have gone driving on the road?!
  9. Too funny it's exactly the same where I am haha.
  10. Strange.. That exactly what my hedge cutter is upto.. Just thought each time you change a head there's normally dark grease on the end so would the shafts need packing?! Question for local dealer.
  11. I grease my combi heads etc but are you meant to maintain anything in the shaft itself?
  12. I read some of this earlier thinking I've never had a call on a Sunday but I've just got off the phone to an old man I quoted yesterday saying he had a missed call from me I said no no at all for him to say while your there can I confirm I've given you the right email address (for me to send health and safety policy and public liability ins) 9pm on a Sunday!!!!!!!
  13. In the vetting process/interview they did say you don't get much attention until you get up and over the 15 feedback mark.. I think it's good. Even if people find you from another source you then give them a quote with checkatrade logo etc on it tell them to read feedback and all that! They love it.
  14. It all depends how many other outfits in your area use it.. Luckily for me I think the other nearest to town on there is 15 miles away.
  15. There is soooo many to choose from on that website haha!
  16. Ok cool, bank transfere the funds yeah? Hope it's within the next 2-3 weeks. Nice one Andi
  17. I have 185/75/16 tyres and the local garage said there be 205/75/16? Just so I know what to search for on that website, once I've sourced tyres ill be having those spacers will he need notice to make em up?
  18. My vans on the road 90% of the time I use it everyday so would probably get un even wear as well as noise? Tyre price is good I'm wanting to pay around £240 mark. If you could get a price on those spacers? I'm in Sussex bud. Ash
  19. I'm with checkatrade £600 for the year.. Paid for itself in 3 weeks! The only people that contact you thru it are people with money ie: building firms and people who rent out properties.. The kind of people that pay on time and don't knock you down. Best advertising I find.
  20. Apparently new waste carriage licences coming in.. Anyone know any details etc? Cheers
  21. Hello mate, how much time are you on the road on those tyres? Where did you get them and the spacers? Remember what you paid? Cheers
  22. They look the nuts but I imagine the 10% on road is noisy.. I'm the opposite to you 90% on road.. I'm just sick of having to worry if at 4:30 on a Friday going to tip is going to result in 10 fags being smoked all the swear words under the sun being shouted to then disturb the farmer an hour later to pull me out! Thanks for the pics bud.
  23. Sold my two km85's for peanuts and got the km130 and the hl100.. km130 now only runs with the revs flat out and the noise the hl100 makes thru the shaft and vibrations is criminal its like something is snapped! Gets better that the local mower repair shop won't go near the new models.. Nightmare.
  24. What brand have you had? I don't want crazy road noise as only off road up the yard. Be good if I can avoid spacers, did the gap remain even with a load of cord? Cheers
