    We work in the turf industry too. We've tried a few sidelines, including selling logs, but nothing has seriously developed. Unfortunately, you just have to diversify and experiment in the winter as work dries up.

    Thanks Steve. We've tried, with little success, producing logs. The time and effort never justifies the ROI. However, I'd like to hear some success stories.
