  1. Its just another scam from the greedy, grasping, lazy public sector. Loads of tradespeople in London got rid of perfectly good vehicles to avoid these ridiculous charges. A proper days work would kill most of the lazy b******* in the public sector.
  2. How much are the Local Authority ripping you off for the Community Infrastructure Levy and the Section 106 charges??
  3. Its "scripted reality" - i.e total bollocks.
  4. They have penalty clauses in Highways contracts, that's a novelty. Whenever I see these jokers "working" they all look like Lazarus the morning after.
  5. Ruskin & Joe56, If you are passing through Lewisham in South London have a look at the work done by contractors for TfL on the dual carriageway that goes around the town centre. Quite literally just the trunk remaining of virtually every tree that was there. They do look very good in amongst the rubbish, empty cans and weeds that grow in the central reservation. Who is the clown that issues the instructions to the contractors, obviously he is clueless.
  6. Caravan Utilising Nomadic TravellerS by any chance?
  7. You're going to struggle to find a chipper that will go down to that size, most chippers that arb's use produce chips suitable for use as a mulch.
  8. No idea I'm afraid, but Lot 210 is ideal for dealing with customers who won't cough up!!!
  9. I'm amazed the BBC's 'elf & safety nazis let him get anywhere near to picking up the saw let alone actually "using" it.

    A New Shed

Err, you've got to get it in there in the first place!!!!
  11. I can't believe you've spent four pages discussing this programme. You must realise it's all pretend. "Scripted reality", as true to life as "The only way is Essex".
