  5. its great really, the hd screen is amazing too. fast as a PC too. Just bought a case mate tough cover to hopefully stop the bending cracking problem next time!
  6. well i managed to crack the screen within 5 weeks! Sony are fixing it for free though!
  7. Anyone made one? Tried one? How easy to do are they?
  8. My neighbours have three large HC's. They have pollarded them every 4 years for many many years and despite me trying to talk them out of it the last 2 times have continued to do so. The trees have large wounds at the pollard points and some signs of epicormic growth and the last 2 years have started to look weak and the leaves were getting spotty by the end of the year. As they have started to come into leaf, a span from the top on the left side tree to the top and right side of the furthest right tree (and the younger of the three), has now got some shrivelled pathetic looking leaves. These are top and south side facing. The oldest one looks healthiest and the northern side looks fine. They are pretty fissured around the older bark but 10' up the bark is getting a bit cracking and may be early signs of bleeding canker. We are concerned about the trees and i have only experienced end stages of Bleeding Canker so no idea about progreesion/time scale. Ant ideas out there tree experts??? Cheers in advance

  16. I can confirm it is waterproof though
  17. So far so good. Though the external speaker is pants
  18. Well it's here and massive. Here's a photo it took
  19. My 03 plate on 123k (looking forward to 456 miles in). Previous s reg got to 100 and rusted out. Engines still good
  20. 4k maybe bit high. But mileage is lowish. I aim for 3 years before becomes too expensive to mot and service.
  21. On my 2nd LDV, great engines, tough as old boots, just rusts away if you don't look after the underside. They spent their money on the good engines and built them with tin foil. If it doesn't look rusty then should be ok if you look after it
