    Marty here is some general information on cylinder and piston size on the saws you asked about Ps-6400 bore 47mm stroke 37mm 64cc Ps-7300 bore 50mm stroke 37mm 73cc Ps-7900 bore 52mm stroke 37mm 79cc Ps-90110 bore 52mm stroke 42mm 90cc That longer stroke on the old heavyweight gives it that bigger displacement Thanks

  5. Hello Compared to the 1st advert I can do you a brand new ps-420sc with everything you need to get you going for £50 more And the second advert I can do you a used ps-5105 ready to go for £5 less money The seller of the husqvarna is a good seller don't know anything about the 2nd seller Thanks

  12. Most parts are available for the DCS models OEM coils and cylinder & Pistons are the 1st things usualy to be obsoleted , if you could grab a photo of the information plate I would like too see if it's a 2009 model or the later one during changeover too EA models
  13. I think this saw is the dcs4301 model not sure when it went out of production though Have a look at the back of the saw near the purge button the year of manufactor will be there a great deal though

    I had two deliveries from Rob @ chainsaw bars this week and I don't know which bar to try on the 420 hard choice :lol:

    yes it is the saw ive been doing some jobs with the 350/420 is mag and dolmar offer both mufflers :thumbup:

    hey there youve just uncovered this little gem of a saw very overlooked classed as a homeowner saw but ive had one here for a few weeks having some fun trying different combinations and iam impressed with the performance the ps-35C and PS-350SC are the same power output and as you say one is a clamshell and the other is a mag case they have near enough the same cylinder and 38mm piston same ignition coil ps-35c has a Zama C1Q carb Model no DM26B with the option of non regulated jets from dolmar ps-350sc has a Zama C1Q carb model no DM23B no option of de-reg jets from dolmar and the muffler on the ps-35 is large when the moggy has been removed :thumbup:
