Had the same with a chipper last year exact same wording = SCAM .was offering it to me at £3000 when bids were £3700 report it to ebay as someone else might get done

Hi rich i am pretty sure if you buy a house with a agriculture occupancy you have to keep livestock,but you could keep a couple of pigs to get over restrictions and you would probably have to still have planning for the business if you keep logs ,woodchip over 12 months.but not 100 percent sure, the farmer would be able to tell you more .

Hi i did one like that brambles 16ft high 60ft x 30ft hedge trimmer rake and spade plus two nine yard skips took two weeks to do including re turfing happy days:thumbup: -

Hi Jose mine is a 1999 v reg but it only had 46000 miles on the clock and was checked with DVLA ,it now has 69000 miles a year later so I think that maybe im getting all the problems now but as I have spent lots on it I might as well keep it as I know what I have done and its still my baby even thou I do swear at it now and again, I think its the chance you take with any van new or old , hope I haven't put you off .

I have a movano 3.5 tipper they are a nice drive but parts are very expensive as most of them are vauxhall only.But you can use renault master parts same van nearly. Because of front wheel drive you get stuck on wet grass,on average i spend 120.00 a week on fuel doing about 360 miles,on average i spend 1000.00 year on repairs but saying that you could do the same with any make of van but i like the look and feel of them so will stick with it.

If you need a hand pm me im in melksham have done a fair bit before as for the badgers they would dig even two foot and seen them make holes in mesh,only good for rabbits

Hi guys just wondering what you would do i had half load of logs delivered last week they were supposed to be dry seasoned but they are wetter than this years logs i have,can anything be done or is it just tuff luck

Thats ok then will just let them hold us to ransom because they might turn to crime.And what do you think they do already i dont know anyone who works full time popping out at lunch to burgle a house or go shop lifting

I think 26k is double unless you live in London with stupid rents looking at it more like 12k,the Benefits system is there to help people who need it and we need it to stay to help those who truly need help,but for those who can work but cant be bothered i would make them do at least 20 hours community service to earn there benefit and make them get out of bed and clean up the areas where they live

Sorry to say but all dogs should not be on site apart from the safety side of things ive seen two dogs in the the last year ran over by there owners and i love dogs have three of them but there's a time and a place for them and its not work.
