Hmm, how big of a house do you have?. Generally speaking have you and your wife always run a half way house from home or is this just something recent? When we have guest or family visiting for a certain period of time planning and disruption of daily routines can be handled, however 20 men going through many different problems and challenges reads like a lights out cage match to me. How is this work done by two people?, are there any other volunteers to help? easy-lift guy

Sadly as long as it takes for the atheists or non believers to finish their rant. Perhaps because Mr. Trump received more votes than any other canadate in any presidential election by people that consider them selfs Christians may be disconcerting for some folks, however it's just fine by me. I did read yesterday that VP Elect Mike Pence has removed all lobbyist from his bosses cabinet selection. I hope that along with term limits for all elected officials and sacking of everyone that has worked with the occupier of the Whitehouse for nearly the last 8 years Mr. Trump will continue to make progress towards enaugration day of 20-1-2017:thumbup1: easy-lift guy

The state of Israel has been in a state of war from 1948 to the present. if you think that "there is little if any IS activity in Israel" there are in fact any number of other nations that surround Israel and have as their intended goal the destruction of the Jewish state. These same countries have surrogate terrorist groups that are at constant battle with the IDF. As I have stated before the present regime running the US has no regard for Israel. I believe the 45th President of the US will have a strong and working relationship. easy-lift guy

Arms are sold to countries around the world by the US. Israel also produces and sells arms around the world. The present regime in power here in the US has little or no regard for the state of Israel. Surprisingly enough the Jewish vote here in America always votes for the Jackass party in spite of the fact that this same party seemingly will turn its back on the state of Israel on every occasion when given the chance. easy-lift guy

Actually I ment to type now or in the future. Donald Trump will have more than enough to contend with regards to the Jewish population here in the US, Israel proper. As far as foreign policy is concerned I believe Israel will actually have an alliance it can now depend on and rely on going forward, unlike the present regime running the White House. Sadly that regime is no friend at all of Israel IMHO. easy-lift guy

Matt, just a few questions since in the past my college friends pulled off what your proposing for one year at the U of FL. How will rent be divided?, who will be responsible for purchasing daily necessities or will that be a shared responsibility?. How will chores be assigned with regards to maintenance and up keep of where your going to live? Will you require a credit or back ground check or first last and a security deposit for your fellow renters?. Biggest question, will your Land Lord allow you to sublet any space where your going to live? I look forward to your answers since most folks especially here have no clue what they are getting the selfs into by sharing housing with other folks? All the best. easy-lift guy

Learn as much about your equipment as you can and fix what you can on your own. Being an informed consumer can level the playing field when it comes to purchases and repairs. I would suggest in the future to make your own list in advance of any servicing and repairs. Also attach a price on the work being performed to keep the invoice shock in check. I believe that once the 270 mark has been reached it's done. The carpetbagger conceeded the election and I am pretty sure PE Trump would not have had a meeting with the current president if the jackass party wasn't ready to throw in the towel. Thanks for the assist Darrin. Carpetbagger received 228 Electoral votes Trump received 279 First person that reaches 270 wins the election. Still 31 Electoral votes left but since the results have been counted and certified the first to 270 takes all. easy-lift guy

Take a chill pill. All people running for office say stupid stuff. At any given time nearly all of the American networks I am sure were taking their marching orders from the DNC. That said in the final tally it did not matter since the bulk of the American public voted for Trump. Just go's to show that all the free air time the media gave Trump in the beginning came back to haunt them in the end. easy-lift guy

If you actually thought that the election was rigged based on the remarks that PE. Trump made that really would be just silly. This is the first election where the same organized malcontents that were against the Republican party and in particular PE. Trump came out in droves since their parents needed a break from their kids leaching off of them. Break time is over, go back to your parents home and return to your dungeon of discontent. With regards to mass deportations I think if anyone enters my country with out US citizenship or over stays their work or other type of Visa these people must be deported back from where they came at once. Of course now with a few months left in office the flood gates are wide open for anyone to enter into the US. The DHLS and border patrol are unable to cope and can not stop this invasion endorsed and encouraged by the person renting out 1600 PA Ave. until 20-1-2017. easy-lift guy

Actually you are witnessing the masses of asses on parade. Moronic as apposed to ironic may be closer to the mark. When it comes to tolerance and understanding you need to understand that these folks are truly miserable and they really do enjoy one another's company. These folks checked out any degree of self respect or consideration of others or property a long time ago. easy-lift guy
