  8. So looks like I might buy from wilson's then look else where for servicing/repairs. GM tree station in Manchester uses a mobile guy who is very good apparently, I've seen an article on him in the forestry journal might be worth looking into!
  9. That looks nice but I reckon big money!!! :-)))
  10. I have 8.5t winch which I would have on linkage for dragging trees to machine on steep ground so that should help, I've work along C Balls machine in woods and was impressed with how efficient it was.
  11. Sounds like I need to take care then, what kind of faults should I look for??
  12. I've finally decided to buy a valtra with roof mount crane, looks like I'm going to go wilson's as I'll need to finance the unit, is there anything I need to watch out for as I have never used one before. Seems to be the most efficient way of dealing with timber from small woodland jobs as any timber left seems to be going missing! We have been managing with Mog and trailer so my trailer will have to go, I may just trade it in unless anybody is interested in it, it is ideal for a Mog of fastrac as it's air braked and commercial axels. Any advice would be great, thanks guys.
