  3. That's also the reason for maybe sticking with tp chipper they seem light compared to other makes. I'd love a 250bandit but the weight puts me off unless I go tractor rather then mog, and that starts a another thread on mog v tractor!!!!
  4. Don't have much trouble with loads as most time only moving chip around site or chipping on ground.
  5. I have u1000 with 130hp engine, I find the 200 very versatile with the turntable but now have tracked chipper for smaller jobs so would use mainly for clearance/forestry work
  6. Hi all at present I have a pto tp200 with turntable was looking to upgrade to a larger more productive machine for my mog, was wondering if any of you had use of these!! Are the any better thoughts please.

  10. hi all, can you help me? im not sure which ticket(s) i need for using my timber trailer behind my unimog, most times i'm on building sites?? not been asked yet but only a matter of time. any info would be cool!!
  11. Yes we like to keep it as versatile as possible also have 6t timber winch for 3point linkage.

  15. Mog deffinatly, more versatile than 7.5t better off road by far, LWB mog will carry 10m3and tow chipper of any size, and a good mog will out last any 7.5t and all in more fun.

  18. Does any body now how to adjust clutch on a terrmacch 6000, it's a 6ton winch but I think it's not pulling any where near that. It's the first time I've used one so I might have it set wrong, so any input welcome.
  19. All depends on what work you do! Domestic then you will almost certainly all say 6" tow behind if your doing site clearance/commercial then sky's the limit all depending on how much timber you want to save IMO:-)

  21. You have duty of care for yourself and others, it's your call, if the job is worth doing do it right. Agree and sign your RAMS to prove you've read and understand them. Your employer should have sent a AR climber with you if climbing for any reason(should of costed this into price) cannot sack you for refusing to climb if unsafe.
  22. Talked to the very nice men at green mech today, conclusion is circuit board for the overide switch. New one on its way:-) thanks lads
  23. Checking switch tomorrow, fingers crossed.
  24. Tracking stopped working today also chipping and leg lift!! Blown fuse fixed but still not working any one any ideas?? Please help!
