  3. A thought he was to he just never got awarded it I think. As you say his bjj has always been high level I could be wrong it was maybe an old video am not 100%.   5. I man showed me when was only kid about tinned dog meat, he put it in a pot and boiled it. There was about 25grams of meat in the bottom of the pot and the rest was just fat horrible stuff. Sent from my aye phone using Tapatalk

  8. Training starts on a Sunday morning at 9am do 3hrs of ball busting cardio. Monday night 7-9.30 mauy Thai First hour is cardio Tuesday 2hrs wrestling with a wrestling coach. First 30 mins fast cardio. Wednesday wrestling striking and escaping and mounting with 1 hour cardio. Thursday BJJ all technical stuff no cardio. That's all at the 1 club.   15. My 2 dogs get mince made for them from the butchers and science plan for the roughage. I get about 20 made me a month and the bags are just over 1lb each and 20 cost me about £7. It's not greasy and it's mostly heart kidney meat scraps and a small amount of liver. My bordeaux loves it, and the border terrier never leaves a drop.   22. That's right to take full advantage you will a cambium saver, all my gear delivered was £146, well worth it I would say.
