  1. Yeah well I wasn't looking forward to the job as it's never straight forward when it's family! I have explained that the time and man power ringing timber up is the main part of it!

  3. Well it was for my partners uncle so I wanted to give a good price really,?im glad he is getting more quotes!! Might make him realise:)

  5. If say a busy day for three men then a second day for two men ringing up and finishing off the other bits of work ! All trees will need to be climbed can't straight fell them!
  6. Hi all just a quick one, I've recently priced a job for someone, put a fair price in IMO! But had them send me an e mail back stating how can I charge so much Etc etc so basically the job is to dismantle 2x large oak trees in a woodland and every piece of wood to be rung up! A sycamore to dismantle at the side of the road all timber to be rung up ! All brash to be left stacked on site and a few large lower limbs off some other trees and prob a good few hours of ringing some wood that is allready on the deck in the wood! Just wondered what other people would be thinking for quoting? Cheers

  8. I just use box section steel for the frame and sheet aliminum! Simple and cheap!

  13. I've just started to take smoothies to work in my food flask! I'd be interested in other peoples recipes etc! Anyone recomend a good juicer/blender as I'm just borrowing my sisters at the moment!
