Thanks for the heads up! The colour was chosen by the owner (Mum) Farrow and Ball of all things! No names as of yet but I swear there an episode of chicken run going on in there. One will come out and do a perimeter check then go back inside, another will come out and BANG straight up onto the fence!!!! Wing of each has been clipped! Is it worth clipping both? Or will this just give them flight as they arnt unbalanced?

Did my left thumb knuckle a few weeks back, top of my thumb is still slightly numb now!! Maximum respect for them now!

He has amazing speed and power, Whilst in Thailand I was in a bar where you could fight your mate or anyone for a bucket of the lovely local whiskey! There was a huge Dutch guy built like a brick s*** house in the ring and no one would step up, then along came a small Thai fella and completely destroyed him with kicks! Phenomenal Power, a pleasure to watch!

Hi Steve, I just bought one of these off Ebay.... Bodymax CF475 Heavy Power Rack at Powerhouse Fitness You can buy dip bars for about £25 for it. Got the frame for £120 and its as new, well chuffed. The chin up section on the front is tuff as, hardly moves around at all (12st swinging around), There's normally a few on ebay, just search Power rack Hope that helps

I travelled the world for a few years and when I was in Sydney this guy was always performing in the streets. He was amazing to watch live and grabbed his CD too!! Good Find!! :thumbup:
