  1. I'll have another look tomorrow, gave up and having a couple of beers now!
  2. Cheers, but I buy reels, works out a good bit cheaper!
  3. Thought I would treat myself to a 16" 0.58 Cannon bar for a .325 chain for a husky 357. Tried figuring out how many drive links needed but my brain is not working. 64 links for a 15" bar but 66 links too small and 68 too big??
  4. late reply, sorry! The qualification will pay off some day, just not right now as I'm a contractor, wrong end of saw and all that! Business is going ok, little too quiet this summer but things looking like they might be picking up again...... It was a fairly wild time there, hard work and plenty of drinking! Seen some lecturers at APF on Fri from the Rigg
  5. Not sure about an MSc but I did a BSc at Penrith. Now working self-employed trying to run a small forestry business. In theory could get a harvesting manager, timber buyers ect job with someone like BSW, Sheffields, Tilhill etc. Only trouble is there are NO jobs out there at the moment (or at least as rare as hens teeth!). FC was an easy option as plenty of jobs came up, but like other people said they won't take external recruitment for some time now. For me the BSc is a back up when I get too old and decrepid to pick up a saw, or if the business goes tits up, at least I stand a good chance of getting a job within the public/private sector.
  6. Had a pair of normal stretch airs for a year and half. Zip never broke. Only problem was the 'stretch' went out of the seat, so it looked like I was wearing a nappy all the time! Would'nt have another pair of the gladiators but at the moment would have another pair of the normal ones.
  7. The gladiators have a tougher outer material. I've had a pair for about 6 month now and i'm not that impressed to be honest. The material is actually not lasting as long as the normal stretch airs.
  8. old computer died so lost a few pics but might see what I've got kicking around!
  9. The one I will make my million off is air conditioned chainsaw trousers!
  10. 1 greenhouse (and I honeslty think thats it!). Although I know a complete incompetant who has.... broken his back falling out of a tree, bust his ankle taking down a hung up tree, felled a tree onto his 90, and his tractor, and his trailer, headbutted a winch about 365 times, nearly caused me to write a car off due to his idiocy, while towing a chipper with chute down drove into a hilux pushing it into my trators front wheel - chipper and hilux were in a poor state.... the list does actually go on a bit..!
  11. Had a set of 265 75 16's Hankook RT03. Got rid of vehicle now that they were on but I reakon I could have pushed 50k miles off them. Good off road, fairly quiet on road and took some fair knocks and scrapes! Only thing is they didn't self clean too well, but hardly got stuck with them, apart from being silly! Think they were £500 for 4 steel wheels and the 4 tyres, so not too bad price wise either!
  12. Bloody yanks! If some people had brains.....!
