Eggs is a dog man, and I’m sure he knows what he’s getting into, but I’d echo Arborist’s sentiments about vetting potential owners.
Not for the hobby dog owner.
I’ve had a few working dogs over my time, mainly Spaniels and terrier’s but I’m sure I can handle most dogs, I’m up and about at 04:30 to take out a mates XL that I’m looking after for a few days while he’s away to a wedding. Peds slant at an accusation that I’m around people with fighting dogs is so far off the mark it’s fecking insulting, twat! That really isn’t my style.
I mentioned these dogs here because there are plenty of us around the group that keep, have kept all breeds of dogs, these pups won’t be going to just anyone, they will only go to people that know what they are taking on.

Anyone after a new pup, seven bitches, one dog, all KC registered, fully vaccinated, and ready to go, £1000 each, mother and farther can be seen. I’m not trying to hide anything, if I can sell three I’ll get my own pup free. There might be some movement on price, but not a lot.

I can’t say in your industry, I’m not in it. It depends where you are, around here, Midlands,£1100 isn’t bad, when I move back down South… more East £1500 subbing/freelancing in. More on more technical work.

When you get a trial day, however keen you are to impress, LOOK AFTER YOUR BACK. If someone wants you to break it for them, move on. Don't be a poof but don't be taken advantage of. Good luck.
This fella is youngish and knows his stuff in life, bolshy, but knows his stuff. If I’d got my time over I’d listen to him, and his father.

I was going to say you have to be pretty desperate to bypass the electric meter, sounds like he was pretty desperate on all fronts.
44 KVA genny, way bigger than we need doing 5 litres/hour to power a workshop and three trailers is a killer at the moment, but needs must.

He said to ask him. 🤷🏻♂️😁
I’d guess if you normally get x amount of emails each day and they aren’t received you’d know something is wrong, or perhaps, get someone you know and trust to email you.

Better again, HMRC bloke looking for the landlord yesterday, two bailiffs here this afternoon, it’s only going in one direction… still living the dream, I only needed it to last until April, I can’t see that happening!

I presume this is a scam? My lad was born and raised in Spain and I paid his mother direct, there was a short period where I did pay child support in the UK, as far as know I paid what was asked of me and didn’t over pay.
This text came today, I haven’t opened the link and won’t be sending my bank details.
Scam or not?

Where there’s a will, there’s a way! Twenty six hundred quid later and working with torches we now have power again. My genny, it’ll be sold or coming with me when I move, which can’t be soon enough. Just got to find somewhere to go now…

It gets better and better this van life, the yard/unit I’m renting is bang on top, police were here before Christmas looking for the landlord, they’ve been here twice again today looking for him, National Grid are on there way to cut the electric supply off because the soft lad has bypassed the meter. Still living the dream!

I don’t know if I should be smug or not, I’ve got terrible teeth due to years of (functioning)drug addiction in my twenties. Today I’ve signed up to have what remaining teeth I have pulled out and replaced with implants. I’m seriously not looking forward to it but at least I’ll be able to smile again with confidence.

Strange fact about that tune Eggs.
I bought it on cassette single when it came out, and the lyrics went -
‘There’s a funeral in the town,
Some guy from the top estate.
Seems they found him under a train,
And yet he had it all on a plate.’
It was quickly withdrawn, and the lyrics changed to -
‘Black car drives through the town,
Some guy from the top estate.
Left a note for a local girl,
And yet he had it all on a plate.’
The release coincided with the tragic murder of Jamie Bulger, so the lyrics were quickly changed out of respect to his family.
Every days a school day, I didn’t know that.

Where’s that Eggs? I’m in France so not relevant but interested to know where gigs are happening.
Not sure what your bag is mate, this is a good venue if rock music is your scene, our middle kid goes most weeks. It’s not a massive hike from your place but you will need a driver if you want a beer or two, or you can dive on the train to Kidsgrove and taxi it for the last 2-3 miles.

This is how feels to be small, this is how it is when your world means nothing at all.
He rocked it last night.

Prince of Wales Mongleton, I thought he was about my age. Didn’t realise he’s got 7-8 years on me.

Found out half hour ago that Thomas Hingley (Inspiral Carpets) is putting on a free gig tonight at a pub just over the border in Cheshire, quick shower and taxi booked for 8:45. Sounds like a blast!

These pups were meant to go to the police, there’s been a breakdown in paperwork and now the police won’t take them, so they need homing by people who can handle them. I didn’t need to mention I’d get a pup, which if I choose I could have sold on. You assume way too much.
