  1. What a crock.
  2. 13/1, for every pound you bet you would get £13 back, plus your stake, £14 in total Should you be correct. Not much in it really.
  3. Such a lovely story🤣
  4. Tobias Ellwood, served his country, ran into help in a terrorist attack, had the backbone to say he has no confidence in Boris before many others did. I think the conservatives could do worse than him. Obviousley this wouldn't suit the staunch Brexiters.
  5. Those pesky conservatives MP's triggering a vote of no confidence, aren't those "his people"? I'd imagine many of them are taking a kicking off their constituents.
  6. Well done, and good luck to them. I like the Welsh, well, some of 'em...
  7. Who's having a bet, and what are your tips?
  8. I remember you posting it here.
  9. £1.89 today, Staffordshire.
  10. This is where it falls down, everyone won't get together.
  11. Yes, secondhand vans are making strong money, but cheap, older well looked after vans are still out there, they just take some time finding.
  12. nothing is essential, it needs to start, stop and have a MOT. Personally being without a van is a no go, I've just bought a 58 plate LDV van with 57k miles on the clock for £2k, it ain't pretty, but it's cheap and will earn its money back in no time.
  13. Fair enough, post a picture when it's half full without strapping it up?
  14. That's Bolam wearing the tie.
  15. Nah, not wanted down here...
  16. He'll pull anything to try and save his job/front. PM waters down ministers’ code to end automatic sack for misconduct WWW.INDEPENDENT.CO.UK ‘Banana republic territory’: Rewrite of standards rulebook sparks horror in Westminster
  17. Wasn't on the ball at the time, should have been Lia(r)bility.
  18. Even though you have put the mesh on the inside it will still breakaway from the frame causing it to go out of shape.
  19. First picture: Lilibet. Second picture: Liability.
  20. A friend has an tree (not sure of species) outside her boundary that she believes is a council tree, she wrote to the council a few times and just gets back a stock email and nothing is getting done, the tree has dropped a few decent size branches in the past and a tree went over just up the road from her house on Wednesday which as brought the matter to the forefront again. Into the mix there are power lines running through the tree. What, if anything can she do about it? She doesn't mind paying a tree surgeon/consultant if that may get her some sort of result/reassurance. I'm waiting on pictures.
  21. Yes and it will be bulging all kind of shapes by the time it's half full, when I stored logs that way I used plenty of clips on each corner and still had to lash lorry straps around it try to keep it in shape.
  22. Get that up ya ribs, Bolam.
  23. Reminds me of when Jimmy's dad was 'on to him' in quadrophenia.
  24. Again? One of them, I knew what the deal was and chose to risk it.
  25. She didn't force it on me.
