1.
Can you contact me about a clutch 07877115276

2. My old man has had one dumped at the back of the shed where its been for years. I fired her up about 10 years ago and she started no problem. (Bar bloody noisy). Ive just brought a alaskan mill, I have a ms880, 066 (both rarely used) and ms660 am i best off using the 090? Ill post pictures tomorrow!
3. About 7- 8 years I go I used to help carry out inspections with a bat specialist within there habitat and also in the bat boxes we installed. It was a great feeling when you open up the boxes and they had bats in!!! Well done, its good fun, interesting and all well worth it!
4. Found this Oak at the bottom of a golf course in Hellidon (Daventry) Its noted in there field walk guide Just thought Id share
5. We quoted to remove this tree a few months ago and explained to the client how heavily decayed at the base and it would fail soon and trash one of the cars below. They left it and as we turned up in the morning the bloke just said 'DONT SAY A WORD'
6. Presuming no one posts her any more but, Nice one Joe! I used to work over Rugby all the time (8 years ago ish, for a contractor you know). It is one of the worst places in the country ive seen, nearly every pruned tree either crown pollarded or pollarded (not by me ). When you leave Daventry and enter the Dunchurch/Rugby area you realise how the landscape changes with most homes owning hedges, trees and the landscape is dominated by mature trees. Keep up the good work! oddly Im over there this week so hope things have changed rather than the usual sticks in the air! For the size of the place the tree work over there is appalling. Least there's the good ones out there like you showing them how it should be done,

Bracket

Most of the canopies had a inonotus bracket visible higher up the main stem but that ash had formation over the surface roots and tighter to the base was this.

Can somebody positively ID this for me? On the base of an Ash Thanks
13. Thanks for the helpful replies! Ill advise the client of the identification and helpful input. By the size of the bracket/ and there is 2 straight lines on the top (looks like somebody has previously been removing the suckers with a silky) how long has it been there? I think the previous occupants of the property knew it was there as it had been pollarded a few years ago!
14. After previously wrongly IDing Ill ask who clearly knows for a positive! From the base of a Lime we were taking some suckers off....brackets about 15 (ish) inches
15. He hadn't checked the area prior to tracking and the grasses hid the drop!
16. Some pics of site clearance works carried out in 2013 in Norwich Job entailed working under TM conditions for minimal hours(felling roadside) and then netting 1.4 km of hedgerows to stop birds nesting until we had permission for Andy Harper to dust the lot with his Fendt and ahwi mulcher.
17. and the one that tipped it has also tipped a super junior( lucky a few to lift with no damage) and our vermeer ( 3 wheels he has excuse)
18. Im just awaiting the woodchipper picture off one of the "lads"
19. This happened a few years ago and it was definitely a oopsie! May I say I was not operating the machine and no they didn't have the tracks out whilst moving the machine to the next work site hit a rock and a hole at the same time and that was the result. Engine was switched off straight away but it was still running on the engine oil, ended up bending a few valves, but had to pay for a full engine rebuild! (insurance would not pay as I had not notified them the machine was on hire)
20. Also a little Beech and Ash will get a before shot before next time.
21. Well due to the decay in the base when we took it down we counted 99 rings (give or take) been dead 2 years Friend sent that photo a few weeks ago with a date of 1913 from some photo archive Ive took them down at 25-30 years old (PAIN).....my point we only counted 99 ....must have been very dry and my point was I was just showing a old picture of a tree round her every one remembered and a old picture I had when I was younger!!!!
