  1. £6800.00 plus 5% fee and VAT 20% = £8500.00 still not a bad deal. Best deal I recon was the blue forestry tractor I think it went for £4500. The only place Ive seem so many Arb wagons apart rom the Arb show.

  6. Copford SM I think theres one in Amersham I kinda just want to do it if u know what i mean. Loving your fb updates some cracking pippy oak the other day and a nice load of oak from Bucks. What sizes would you mill it to then if you had free will?

I cant get to it just now I have stashed it away probably wont get back there for a month of so.
  9. Thanks Mendiplogs of the offer i wouldn't just incase any thing happened and i had to buy a new saw then give it to you it would break my heart! I would have to buy a milling chain as well!
  10. Thanks for your concern for my neighbours, I will be moving it to my yard i thought it would be good advertising sat in the front garden for a while. Good point about the bar size as well. Maybe Rob could let me know if theres any way you can put a 48" on a 066 I know the Sthill one docent fit. I cant rely justify buying an 88 now. Thanks for the suggestion mutely9050. Any more ideas?
  11. Hi Guys This is my latest arrival approximately 2m long Copper Beech sadly the rest of the trunk was hollow and I was surprised it was so solid at the bottom. Theres a small metal stain but on the whole it seems pretty clean I have an Alaskan with a 36" and was wondering from your experience what size you would mill ect. I had planned to half it to release the tension then get a few table tops out of it? Thanks Blaisey

  15. Just finished my porch in Larch I milled, the up-rights are Robinia That had been dead standing. Great pics great Walnut and Yew.

  24. I got some milled thats dry sorry to tease but its not for sale as I've promised to make our kitchen worktop out of it. You could have the other one but its a bit small 16" diameter at the base 1.7m to where it forks 3m over all? might be a bit far to come?
