    The 1680 would be a better option as it is a chipper & a shredder whilst the Jenz is purely a shredder.

    Sounds like this would suit well, a self propelled gravity fed chipper which is under 29" width & 5" capacity.

    We had an 18" drum chipper arrive yesterday, it came in a container. The new tier 4 engines will make all chippers bigger, wider & heavier, no great shakes for us but could be troublesome for the sub 750kg boys if there engines aren't tier 4 approved. A lot of machines will soon have adblue also like trucks.

    I was speaking to one of my customers this week & he concluded that Jenson would not supply one more part to Redwood, straight from the horses mouth.

    I'm not sure why it is made this way as all,other models are hinged but I'll ask the question. PS- guess what's coming in one of the next few containers?

    For the last 18 months there are more contracts than large chippers in the UK, you cannot get one for love or money. We have some nice machines arriving over the next few months of which I shall post.

    With a cab & crane I would say a little over £200K now, the people who have one now are flat out with them.
