  1. Got a series 3 landy with some freewheeling hubs on the front that were leaking oil. I replaced the gasket & put more oil in & it is now worse than befor!

What have I done wrong? The ball is pitted & I have smeared grease over it in a hope this mite help..

am i right in thinking you need to drain oil from each side and refill with a 'one-shot' of grease? then it can't leak anymore..

  2. ok just googled enteridium lycoperdon and found lots of images of similar lumps, they all seem a bit different to my 'lump' but appear to be fastened to the tree by the same structure.. thanks to all for your help, i'll let it stay but keep an eye out for hama's beasties just in case haha

  3. great picture ! are you doing up the series ?

kinda haha its not been mot'd for a few years but shouldnt need much (i hope):blushing: spotted a couple of holes to weld up on chassis and needs mostly re-wiring but nothing serious.. starts first time and drives sweet, might have to put PAS on it though, just need a few dry evenings:thumbup:

  4. just put some part worn mud tyres on the 110, obviously i've tested them at full load through a swamp.. think they are greenway remoulds but at £50 for five inc good rims they will be better than the roadtyres.. more road noise but its worth it..

  5. its way up north just over the border on my dads farm, i cant get back up anytime soon but he's checking it daily, dont think he has a camera though, but it'd be good to find out as i play in the woods up there and dont fancy sharing them with nasty beasts..
