  1. took a gamble buying a cheapo disco for £500, gave it wash n wax, blew out the hay n doghair with a blower, oilchange, made radio work, slapped on ebay for £550 and it sold for £860, thats a big win for me:thumbup:

  2. the true horror unfolds.. nothing had got as far as the inside of the filter, was due anyway haha, well spotted with the spare bfg my eagle eyed friend:thumbup1:, just nipped in for some food then back out with the ramps to clean underneath and check levels in diff's, gbox and transfer box-and to make sure theres no water in them.. yes would be easier/better job with a big steamcleaner but mine caught fire years ago when some idiot filled the burner tank with petrol instead of diesel:blushing:

  4. they are impressive lumps allright but they are just sat in an old mill with no real way of selling them.. everyone says they are quality and unique etc but they need to get seen or my mates gunna go broke before long..

  5. gosh theres no pleasing you is there? dont forget hi cap pickups have approx 6inch rear overhang after the rear crossmember, if you build your 90 with a similar overhang then it would hold more, hope it works for you, some pics of it finished would be nice when you do it..:thumbup1:

  6. always fancied an arrow on the sole of my foot pointing towards my toes with 'this way up' writed beneath, think it would be funny, probably wouldnt work on my forehead though, if you are a sound person people can see that, one of the politest people i know has tats all over and everybody loves him

  7. fancy starting and organising a community planting group sort of thing? there was one near me but all they did was try to get grants for pathways.. needs somebody who can organise things and motivate all the bunnyhuggers to help for free or maybe pay to come and plant. i know someone who has for years grown trees from seed/cuttings from his own garden and used to supply colnevalley tree society, dont think it would be hard to find landowner willing to have a few trees raised on their land... just a thought as its something i kinda fancy
