I found her on my way to work one day and she was never claimed.. not sure how old but she's not young! Yes they are a good excuse- although she gets distinctly fed up when she has to stand about while I take photos of random things! I will give WAB a go, thanks.

Thank you! I appreciate the tips. Sadly I don't have much control over my current camera, it's just a little compact Kodak. I would like a better camera though and will use your tips when I get it!

Loving the psuedosclaratial plates on the branch stub, is that sawn off or Broken? Sawn off.. just thought it was interesting.
