  1. I'm doing this course too in march, but only the 3 day felling as i've already done a lantra course in maintenance and crosscutting and i pretty confident on the CS30 part. But i've heard rumours that for the CS31 part you learn the 'split level', 'danish pie' and 'boring' cuts. If so could someone explain a little, what there for etc. Also anyone Done courses at Hartpury in gloucester?
  2. LOL. Thats too funny not to watch again! What a knobhead
  3. Cheers, when i did my work experience my supervisor said the same thing. He was also showing me how to do some of the different knots he was using. But forgot the names . Looked like fun tho!
  4. Hi all. Thought i'd join up for some help and advise when i need it. Which i'm sure i will do, as i'm new to the industry! I've only got my Lantra Maintenance and crosscutting, but i've got an interview with the local college about booking me on my CS30/31 and CS38 . I've only done three weeks work experience but really enjoyed it, can't wait to get started and evently work in the trees, which looks far more exciting to me as ground work.
