  3. I think working abroad is better paid. When i worked in Vienna i was on 1800 euros per month take home but got double wage in June and November and usually got 2000 tax back a year and no questions asked on sick days because you pay high taxes out there. Health care system was good and the beer was AMAZING! Hopefully going back there this summer for another 3 months.

  6. Im looking at doing tests regarding aerial rescues for my BSc dissertation as I have seen many people are concerned. Looking at doing comparisons with new climbers vs. experienced climbers, and also access line already installed vs. no access line. Would anybody be willing to give some time? I have not finalised my project yet but just putting it out there to see if there is any interest? Thanks in advance Paul

  9. That's what I thought, I first noticed them on the freeworker website and I can get somewhere to try them on. Also been told that they can be re soled a fair few times and have been known to last a lot longer than the Akus. Will see what they are like tomorrow.
  10. Anybody know what these boots are like for climbing in? La Sportiva N.A
  11. I'll be there, hoping to climb in the student competition on the Friday and see how that goes as whether I enter on the Saturday.
