1. I am in the process of starting up a rail team, based in Bath. We will be working generally in the Bristol area but when required may need to travel further away. The work should be starting at the start of November. I am looking to set up a 3 man team made up of 2 climbers and a groundsman. Will will require CS30,31,38,39 as a minimum, if you have more CS such as 32,40 and 41 units this is preferable. Ideally you will have a Personal Track Safety certificate but this can also be arranged for you if you don't yet hold one. I will be looking to take people on a self employed basis to start. If you are interested please PM me your details and any questions, and I will contact you to discuss further. Thank you Josh
 2. Perrenial type, I can see each years growth on it
 3. Hello, Im after some advice on a fungus, I have lent my ident books out so Im stuck! The fungus I have is a bracket fungus found 2' from ground level at the base of a willow tree. The fungus has a distictive purple top when rubbed clean, The under side is brown pores. The trees the fungus are on are in decline with one of them being dead I cant see any other fruiting bodies. Does any one have an idea from the discription? Thanks Josh
 4. Hello, I have been thinking of making an attachment for my log splitter i made, which runs of a 20t ram, to enable me to try and make logs from wood chip. Has any one tried copressing fresh woodchip? will it hold together? If not I will try it see what happens. I keep looking at the wood chip I tip thinking its a lot of waste, I cut out as many logs as possible but if I can try and make more could be worth it, or it could be a waste of time. not sure yet!
 5. Serial number 7568 Hello On the fly wheel of this machine where the bolt holes are to attach the blades the metal has worn through to the thread now. Is there replaceable anvils for this machine or does the whole fly wheel need replacing? Thanks Josh
 6. All fixed now, The sensor that sits by the fly wheel that measures the engine speed had came loose.
 7. Serial number 7568 Hello, I have a Entec 150 chipper, the rollers have stopped moving today. When pressing the inwards or outwards roller control the top roller twitches very slightly but neither move. Do you have any idea of what this problem could be caused by? Thank you Josh
 8. Does anybody have any contacts or pointers to any companys in Sweden or Norway for forestry work? I'm wanting to go out there to work in the forests but getting lost on the internet looking for jobs. Im sure most of there work is done with harvesters which makes it harder to find forestry work but i'd love to work out there whilst its still easy for me to travel. Any advice would be great. Thanks

Seen your post asking for a grounds man/ cutter, is it a groundsman for climbing work you need or a cutter for woodland forestry work?

And where are you based?

 10. hello, I have an ongoing but intermitent fault with my rollers/controls. The problem is occasionaly the rollers stop feeding automatically, I can hold the green feed button in and they keep feeding however if I let go they stop again. The blue backwards button works fine, and after a few seconds to a minute of pressing the green button over and over it will then continue to automatically feed its self again. Haveyou come across this problembefore and if so what was the solution? Is there any basic switches or connections I could check? Do you think the problem is most likely to be in the control box on top of the hopper or within the hydraulic controls? Many Thanks Josh
