  1. Assessors coming in Monday to view the works. Could be that they insist they get their own people to do it! Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
  2. Evening all, took a look at this job in the morning. Trees punched through the roof and is leaning on the house. Looking at the job the only option is to dismantle the tree off the roof with the use of a crane. Only thing is had a friend say to be extremely wary of their insurers trying to pin the damage on our removal of the tree from the roof and wash themselves of liability. Is this a possibility? If so would pictures of the damage close up prior to works be enough to absolve us of any liability etc?? Just asking for peoples general experience with this as damage on this level is a bit of a new one for me. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
  3. looks like a field blewitt mate but dont take my word for it do your research.
  4. Cheers guys good advice as always. Basically the tires I want are 115 rating so would take over 4 ton. My vehicle wont be over 3.5 ton, so the guys I have spoken to are talking rubbish. Will hopefully get them fitted no hassle now. Thanks Owain
  5. Nope apparently its just the lack of load rating that can invalidate my insurance. looked it up though and the tires i want are on the index at 115. So in theory if I filled up more than that I'd be overloaded anyway????
  6. Hi Guys looking for a bit of advice regarding all terrain tires for my Isuzu NKR. Got a couple of tip sites that are on grass and have been stuck one too many times. Current tires are rubbish and I'm in need of a new set, but every where I've tried refuse to give me all terrains as they are apparently illegal to run on a commercial vehicle due to lack of load rating!! Thing is I know plenty of guys that run bf goodriches on a 130 and they don't have these problems and carry just as much as me! Any advice on tires you guys use or all terrains with a load rating on cabstars, dyna's etc??? Wouldn't want winter tires as I'm looking for something that lasts a little longer. Thanks Owain
  7. Apologies Probably also worth a mention that I carry £5million in public liability cover and also personal accident insurance.

    Husqvarna 365 ?

I run a 365, its a tad heavy for a days thinning but its bomb proof and runs like stink on a 15" bar, i also run it on a 20" for larger trees which its runs with ease. Would definitely reccomend it, i love it!!
