  19. :lol:thats wot i thort, he's retired so he's available all the time. for his age he's pretty healthy so may av to make him sweat a bit but he is a nice old fella and he's bort 2ton of cord wood of me and he's cut it all up himself and split it so good for him:thumbup:
  20. as some of you know ive been coppicing some ash for logwood sales. i have a fella who regularly walks his dog down my track and has offered to do some burning and general dogs body work down there for me,his payment is that he said he's happy to take a small trailors worth of logs home every nite. my question is should i have a non experineced person down there or should i just tel him to move well out of the way everytime i fell a tree? he used to work as a manager for kent county council as a pen pusher, so should i reap the benefits of cheap labour and make him sweat or not?
  21. got to say m8 i arrived back in faversham at 3.15 on the train 2day and was welcomed by atleast 6" of snow:thumbup: im still gona go felling down my wood on sunday, dont see wot all the fuss is about

    Jonsered

alrite liam ive got the jonsered 2165 turbo import, i use it with an 18" bar and it pushes that with ease, i also use it for milling, ive got a 24" bar that i use with it and it still has plenty of go init. it is a bit on the heavy side but if ya just gona use it for tree surgery i wouldnt complain much about the weight but it can be tyring on the arms when i use it for felling down the wood. its my old faithful saw, it never lets me down, for a saw thats 6years old
  23. i agree, wouldnt it be cheaper and quicker to just take a flask or 2:confused1:
