Found this today.....self seeded hawthorn growing from within the hollow of the oak.....fanatastico!!

top marks for doing a monolith.....however think maybe a couple of coronets would have sufficed mixed with some rip cuts perhaps for a more natural look to it? We do alot of monoliths in Richmond pk and tend to mix it up a little.
