  1. The bike you mean? No its not broken. Its heavy, but moveable:biggrin:
  2. Yeh, swapped the bike round half way through to look at a different wall:lol: It helps that when the kids are in they keep me entertained with constant questions! Going to get out on the real bike next, and one day, actually ride to the Gambia for real:thumbup:
  3. Woah, cheers guys! Much appreciated:blush: Here's the progress on my facebook page https://www.facebook.com/pages/Ride-to-the-Ballabu/324346237662848?ref=hl And yes here's the link (again, cheers Paul) for any sponsoring you wish to do (not forcing you:biggrin:) Arbography All monies raised will be used to help the people in the local villages We aim to set in motion the wheels of a schools project that is run by the Eden Project in Cornwall called Gardens for Life; it basically connects schools within the UK to those in less privileged parts of the world & we are visiting an area in the Gambia that is part of the project. Unfortunately, due to reasons out of anyone's control in the Gambia, the project has ground to a halt & we hope to resurrect it by making a financial donation that will enable to refloat the project for a period of time in which an infrastructure can be created to sustain it for years to come. As part of this, the trip members shall be making a large personal donation to get the project back up and running. Whilst there we shall also be promoting an area called Makasutu (means "holy forest") by making the local people aware of the benefits of trees and creating their own sustainable eco tourism. AND ITS ONLY 16 DAYS TO GO...!!

  20. Bit of a daft question but can you superglue ya lid? I don't think ya can but thought i'd ask anyway.... Today i dropped mine and the adhesive helmet camera mount popped off (supposed to be really really sticky but obviously not as its only been on since mid feb). At the moment its held on with the remaining sticky bit and insulation tape, looks like i've got go faster stripes on me lid:lol: So, can i superglue it back on or is there another way fixing it or am i resigned to buying a new set of helmet mounts?
  21. Yeh quite a few, got loads of video too, so will edit and re-post:biggrin: Not as tall as i originally thought but a deceptively big crown on it, growing into itself everywhere too, shame it had to come down really but....
