  2. if your under 19 im preety sure you get funding for chainsaw courses.i got my basic maintenance and crosscut and small felling paid for by goverment.but after my 19th birthday i had to pay for climbing etc.this was 2 years ago now...

  5. its something i really wanna do for the experience but i just havnt got a clue where to start.
  6. hi all, I have a few pals goin over the north california to do work experience for a month or so.its something i would love to do however i dont really no where to start as i only no tree surgery. have been workin as a tree surgeon for 4 and a half years now climbing for 2 and a half years so where can i start?theres obviously tree surgeons in that area so do i email different companies asking for work experience or is there an easier solution for work experience in north california? also does anybody no how much american climbers or groundies get paid? any feedback would be great. james

  12. hi. just wondered has anybody ever seen those army ammo toolboxes.i no two people who have them but neither no where they got them from:sneaky2:. so all i no about them is there green come in a couple of different sizes and the top lift's up and over on a hinge. all waterproof aparently.. any info would be great james

  15. it took me about 2-3 hours.they wanted the tree removed at first but after a chat over a cup of tea she decided to go for a reduction

  22. what a nightmare. might just have to invest in some bashlings... i new i shouldnt have brought them...
  23. i tried zip tying mine but eventually they just either broke or slipped down. using glue was a pretty silly idea. do you think it would be ok to drill through the carbon fibre carefully and making your own hole?
