    I am above minimum wage at £7 per hour, Ive had to find funding my self for trainning and all my ppe and climbing kit inspections.

    well i certainly will be calling around, flicking through the yellow pages and such, just hope people have enough work going to accommodate me if only one day week.

    me him and a girl that got her tickets off him and has ran off and now works for a lot of people in the local area and tells him when she can work which i can see upsets him a little bit. I do get the impression he runs it for fun as he wont work in any thing other nice weather and constantly getting new kit *toys* most we don't need, then i get asking how they work.

    hes 56, he used to climb till i got my tickets, now he drinks coffee wile im up the tree.

    I talk to him about my debt which is small but the bank still expect a minimum payment to be made and the way he is with work makes me struggle constantly, he talks about his son who is going to uni who will end up with a bigger debt than me(i wont argue this because its true) but wont have to pay it back till he is earning so much unlike me who has to make a payment work or none or get a fine.

    I would never ever hit a old man normally, but i guess I could make a exception *I was tempted today with the nail gun but it might be going a little far* we will just see how the citizens advice goes first.

    yeah he expects me to be about every day if he needs me, I didn't get a chance to contact citizens advice today as he called me at 1:30 wanting me to help with some decking (he said he would call me in the morning after dropping his car in to be fixed *muggins me was left waiting not being able to start any thing no knowing when to expect the call*). I know whats already gone last year with holiday pay is gone and i wont get it back, but hopefully with help from citizens advice i can get that all going asap. I'll have all day tomorrow to do this now through my mistake of telling him a better way to do a job that now does not need my help.

    It 6K and yes they did just. But am I entitled to holiday pay from him was the main question.

    Im struggling I'm 23 this year and have load of things i want to go off and do learn to drive, go abroad for the first time, move out. I'm still living like i was when i was 17. My boss knows about my troubles with the bank and ive had to borrow money from family just to do my tickets he wanted me to do and expects me to do the same so i can drive for him wit out any pay increase from him.

    yeah i get pay slips, last week i only paid nation insurance, over the whole of last year i paid no tax as it said i didn't not earn enough.

    Many thanks Rupe for replying, I am on his books, but he does only pay me for the hours i work, no hours no money. He refuses to pay me for any sort of maintenance work as that is all work he says he can do with out having to pay some one else to do. what would in your opinion be my best cause of action???

    With my employer who I have worked with for the last two years, I have never signed any contract on hours or any thing and reguarly go weeks with out a income through not having any hours. Am I entitled to holiday pay or any thing else.

    god i wana work with some of you guys, My boss has me on £7 a hour and i have all my own kit *PPE,climbing kit,saws* and pay for all its inspections and maintenance and moans at me because i cant afford to learn to drive.

    I think I've just found us a huge oak tree to climb and a place to camp.

    yeah i saw that one LSD would be up for that some time, always nice to go to new places.

    Chainsaws, Outdoor Power Equipment and Tree Care Supplies from Bailey's try these people they are not in the UK but I've had stuff sent over be for.
