  2. get it levald then mass fill with crushed brick/concrete then 6" road planings thats what i did & works fine BUT dont use brick rubble straite of a site as you local l/a wont like that & give you a good spanking for it as once its been thru a crusher its recycled as rubble its waste & can be classed as fly tipping hope that helps
