    mi old fella wasstill climbing @ 50+ strarted slowing down when he 55, he called it a day @ 76 he got summond to the great big forrest in the sky ,

    used take me less than a minute ,key in,lock out allen key in,loosen ,clamp off,then repeatin reverse, stopped using when insurer said not secure enough
