    it is a legal requirment, any wich way some folk try to twist it , if they are working under you ,you need it. if you send them of on a job doing with there own kit with out you no you dont , but its best still to have it to cover your ares ,some one else could prob explain better:laugh1:but thats the jest of it

    had a jd engine in , so cheap wont enter in to it , sounded ruogh as well ,took some starting

    went to see them yesterday the jd smokes like a factory chimmney in the 1800,s the jcb had seen better days ,

    you dont need to remove the pocket just loosen it ,then tap them with a hammer to free them, if there bad to get out the pockets may be nackerd & nipping the shafts ,

    finaly got sorted went with white rose @ skipton theu knocked £450 of quote from nfu,. £397.

    iv got pp to remove some beech trees on my land, they are lane side & sufferd from compaction over the yrs, iv suggested to the t/o, id plant up 2m bk from the lane & in fill with trees in the wooded area, so theres a better chance of them taking of,hes ok with that @ least thats what he said .the prob is he wants me to plant some trees in the yard area, im not keen on this as its brick rubble topped with road plainings !!.theres a couple of pics of were hes want me to plant. fence off a 2m wide section from the bunding down to the palliside fencing . your thoughts
