  1. Morning, up and away early to look at work.
  2. Big day today of pottering, new power steering belt for the mog is due in today so I’ll plan on simply starting that but who knows where I’ll end up. On Monday I went to put the bins out and ended up organising a new kitchen and 2 skylights. I’ve to go to the other village to the post office so that’s bound to lead to a mini adventure.
  3. Morning, cracking morning here. Blue sky and warm.
  4. Get well soon!
  5. Morning, currently pouring with rain. Heading out to look at some Robo work for FLS this morning. Hopefully dries up.
  6. Morning, dry for now. starting at 12pm for a garden conny trim up and then working late in the adventure park after 5pm once the tourists go home and we can do some dead wooding.
  7. While doing my Sunday hoovering I noticed the inside of my radiators were full of dust and fluff, so after working out how to get the top cover off with a screwdriver and a butter knife I got in about the fins! OOFT no wonder my asthma plays up when heating comes on. Turned into a satisfying job, 5 radiators down, 3 to go. Then went and walked the dog.
  8. That’s a definite chore, surely you can get side tracked in the shed looking for a brush and go down a pottering route.
  9. Morning, blue sky here but a bit colder. First morning I’ve had the heating come on.
  10. Sounds like the little greenmech chippers going to be busy! Get in!
  11. I’ll get in touch with my spark and get the container wired in properly, been meaning to now for about 9 months so best get it safe. Cheers for the info Doobin.
  12. No idea, it just a 10m extension cable to the container
  13. I’ll leave for the circuit breaker to work out ! 😳😂
  14. The makita 1 that goes on the impact drill or Amazon version of it is about £12 delivered, simple and works.
  15. Can’t beat a bonfire Bob!
  16. So far I’ve replaced the hose on the compressor with a flexi hose and proper wee gun for doing the saws, I’ve hated the long kinked hose and air tyre hose for years so much I don’t use it, so Amazon to the rescue. Next is power cable to the container so I can use said compressor again and have lights and charge my makita batteries. Then it’s steam cleaner fired up from said new extension cable so no more open window in the house with lead hanging out, oh and I finally bought a skooshy gun for the garden hose. So basically sorting all my botches.
  17. Good morning, happy Saturday.
  18. Morning, wet here and doesn’t look like it’s stopping but we’ll see. Super glued the sole of my boots so that should keep the water out for a few minutes. Big garden tree felling and logging job today. It shall be warm in the digger.
  19. Morning, blue sky and very windy, Sitka hedge cutting and overgrown car park blitz today, nothing exciting but will pay wages and get them off my list. Enjoy!
  20. Afternoon, I got my jobs done yesterday and back at 8pm so an easy day today, price a job this morning then machinery stuff, diesel it up, and pottering this morning. Lunch time me thinks! Some big showers yesterday and same the next few days I believe.
  21. Morning, heavy rain most of the night but stopped now, forecast is a bit grim. Heading to Loch Tay for some Robo work. Long and regen blitz then Bracken. Going to be a long 1 today, took me day and a bit last year but going to try do it in a oner save the ball ache drive up and down the rd twice. Have a good day.
  22. Morning guys, dry here and clouded over. Certainly got a colder feel to the day. Dropping 4 Granny Scots Pines that are dangerous at the edge of a campsite today. Then a private conny bash on the way home.
  23. Morning, passing showers this morning and definitely colder, Birch trees are turning here so Autumn is on its way. Log burners going on and just mooch about the house today I think.
  24. Happy Saturday guys, dry here for now. Had breaky so time for a walk about the village and catch up with some folk and look at a dead tree for a neighbour.
  25. Afternoon, forgot again. Away early through to Cullen. Tough day.
