  1. There has been a thread about this on UKTC, apparently it is all over the south east and no-one knows what is causing it. An Alice Holt person I spoke to at the Chelsea Flower Show had been on their help desk all day and when I asked her how it had been her reply was Robinias, everyone has dying Robinias. We have stopped supplying them.
  2. Saw a discussion on uktc about this, the same week a client phoned up and said the Frisia we planted was stressing, told him about the uktc conclusion, that something was happening to them in the south east, but no-one knew what it was. The client tried to blame us for supplying a unhealthy tree, we went back and forth, eventually he admitted his sisters mature Frisia had also gone down hill. Then at the Chelsea Flower Show this year an AAIS adviser visited our stand to catch up with us, we asked her how here day had gone and the first thing she said is "bl**dy Frisias dying everywhere".
  3. Andy We (Ruskins) have a fleet of tree spades at all sizes. Please call us to discuss. Yours Robert T: 01277 849990
  4. Peter We (Ruskins) move this size of tree and bigger all the time. Please give me a call off forum on 01277 849990 and we can provide advice. Robert
  5. We are doing a demo for Tree Officers shortly and have been pleasantly surprised by level of interest to view a 2.16 metre tree spade in operation. Would anyone like to be made aware of when we are working in their area, when it would be possible to view our works (with this size or smaller spade) and find out more about tree moving ? If you are interested either send an email to me at [email protected] or contact me via arbtalk.
  6. The air-burner is offered by http://kingwell-holdings.co.uk/index01.htm in the UK It apparently allows you to burn on site as it produces no smoke (it is so hot) and therefore no nuisance.
