  1. Few more for the border Collie fans:) continuing our walk by thr river wear...up through the Cathedral tunnel and to refreshment at one of my top 3 Durham City pubs,"the Dun Cow Inn"....half a real ale... £1.20.
  2. Another day.....another dog walk. Durham is so green and lush:) I feel so st home walking along the cobbles, and even passed my favourite City house."Abbey view" looks across to the Cathedral. Stopped at the dog's favourite tree where I am teaching him to climb:D it even has a place to hide his ball when he's climbing!

  5. Another Sunny start to the day!...been looking at a site that make wooden specs and sunnies...how cool are these! Polarised lenses and Bamboo frames made by "woodzee" and priced at £85...
  6. My Son was using a Silky Natanoko when he was 13 on tiny trees.
  7. Never ever worn a watch...it's either light or dark....wet or dry. I live a simple life:)

What a beautiful Sunny start today and already the dog is waiting outside the gate for his morning walk around the block......Durham is built on 7 hills and this is quite a long one ip to Nevilles Cross where a great battle took place against the Scots.....modern day battles also occur and are viewable at the Workingmen's club:D
  10. No...a clio. I reduced it to small pieces and did it in 5 journey's.....simples.
  11. I would have processed it with loppers and secateurs then filled the panniers of my bicycle and spent a day going to and fro to the green waste recycling place....but my bikes in London....so I took it all away in my Auntie's car.
  12. Been smiling all day! Having a great holiday:)and being on holiday doesn't mean I don't work, especially when it's for my Auntie and my only fee is a cup of Coffee:rolleyes: Brought a basic climbing with me and of course "excalibur" (my Nakanoto) but forgot my Sawpod:thumbdown: luckily had some string:thumbup:..topped six foot off two Connies..over 200 stems handcut;)

  14. Thanks Pete! Truth is...after the Christening and then the after party with my son singing a few songs it was all a bit emotional for me and i departed after only 2 pints and i quietly left and walked up the hill to home.........
