  1. A wonderful day!...fantastic climb with Sam on a big maple....lunch with the missus...chillin in the park in Sheperds Bush...passed a cool crane (i love lifting and moving machines)and finnishing off with a pint in Kew....Same drink...different pub:beer::beer:
  2. Anyhoo....back to the real world:rolleyes: my new pick up will not be sporting the blsck 20 inch rims and BF GOODRICH shoes as the ownet (my climbing buddy) is keeping them for his new Ford Ranger....instead will be running on these Alloys...
  3. This will soon be my new toy:thumbup: I need your advice lads...I love it but I need to pimp it with a new Registration plate..."silky 1" or fox 1 is that possible?

  5. A lovely cycle along the Thames path...Dinosaur pasty for breakfast from the Kew butcher...free drinks from my mates cycle shop....can't wait for my grandson to be old enough to appreciate "the night garden":rolleyes:

Good morning Jarbman......how can I put this?....I've been cycling for over 40 years......every day for about 20....at the moment I cycle 14 miles per day...I wear hi vis and a helmet.....I cycle almost exclusively on cycle paths and the Thames path...:) ok I'm off on my bike now to look for a tree to climb...

  8. I used to love music...I played the piano.....violin....I had music on 24/7...went to see gigs....live bands, clubbing for years . Music began to do my head in:( for a couple of years I never listened to anything anymore...........until about a week ago my climbing buddy lent me his I pod and BOOM!....I am enjoying cycling to a soundtrack...relating life and scenery to the tunes I am listening to! Life is good again:)

  15. The strange orange glow is making people here flee into bars and pubs! and the female folk to wear short flimsy clothing!

Its too warm in my bedsit so I'mgoingto cycle down to the river...explaintomt friends that I may be leaving this year...they have been my favourite community here.....as I cycle through Kew I am flanked by rows of recently re pollarded plane trees...they come back so quickly! This procedure will remind me of Urban forestry/street treework more than any other....
