  1. Got the brands mixed up the wrong way round....still wouldn't use either:p
  2. Curved Tsurugi IS a great "filleting" saw for tight spots...but you can get a similar length curved Zubat which has a wider more rigid blade great for bigger diameter.
  3. Unbelievable!
  4. Caption?
  5. And you could be straddled on a Magnum ice cream :D but seriously mate each to there own..but I would rather use this than anything other than a Nakanoto 60.
  6. Each to there own...I've tried and tested all the competition one way or another...I used to get "Sammurai" saws to try for a large former employers. Not impressed. Silky Saws steel (SK4) is the Finest out there.

  11. Not had a drop for nearly 5 weeks. I love to have a good drink and get drunk....but loving it even more not doing it. Now i've reflected on my life and beaten my demons I have no urgency in my actions....everything in moderation suits my lifestyle....for the first time.
  12. Settled for a large DMM ring on a stitched bridge.got an Ash tree over a greenhouse to lift and deadwood.Worn the sequoia once on a pine dismantle so just used the D's...will be nice to test the bridge with the ZigZag on a couple of long laterals.

  17. A few weeks ago I'd have bought the lot of these..bargain of the century...Superb Cizzer and proppa man strength too.
  18. Had a couple of days off so I've been stocking up on Supplies...I can't get enough of fruit...I found even freshly squeezed orange juice contains around 25 grams of sugar! So I only take the fresh stuff for Vitamin C.
  19. I lived with a tremendous ammount of agony from the moment I stood up in a morning until I went to bed with a severely injured iguinal canal.sneezing, coughing hiccuping and after about 10 years gravity squeezing my lower bowel into my scrotum all day! Then, having to press it all back up! What a terrible life I led...took me right into the darkest avenues of life including drug abuse alcohlism...anything to numb the pain (except the hospital) all down to fear......That tree and enlightenment took me out of the gutter..... that episode is 6 years behind me. And if it wasn't for those dark years I wouln't be the man I am today. Sorry for the morbid posts folks...finding that photograph triggered a need to share.now i've done it I can finally move on....I didn't even recognise the broken man sitting in the tree.....tis Over:)
  20. Not nessesarily above your head (unless managable cut n hold or tear cut) but above shoulder where the combination of pull stroke plus curvature makes for a more ergonmic action!
  21. Yeah...keep strong WW. Hope all works out.
  22. What happened?
  23. Smart thinking Jake! My Dry rope has never seen a branch....cambium saver is installed from the ground then the rope...and at the end it's then retrieved from the ground. But my wet rope get all the friction abuse.
  24. You know that the curved blades are specifically designed for branches above you....Tsurugi for tight spots...Silky think of everything.
