  1. The Fox has landed...what a terrible journey and will fill in the gaps later but until then...meet a very old aquaintenance yaffle Pete.
  2. Pete im on my 3rd and final coffee...45 miles to go...its been torture...need an alternative route on the return journey!

  5. Just been offered this in the services supermarket...why not...its almost Xmas:rolleyes: It can be the start of my celebrations...get that Ribeye ready Yaffle Pete! I'm on my way!
  6. Tailbacks and congestion..40/50mph restictions for miles and miles...by the end of next week I shall have travelled hundereds of miles so I'd better get used to it!

  9. Those really are miserable working conditions! And a very different angle because of the chest cam but still a very interesting video. Having to shout from that height but nice to know your ground crew could still effectivlely know to hold the traffic which all look like matchbox toys from up there...thanks for sharing Reg and have a great Xmas!
  10. On the leg smash video the bloke actually "crosses" himself at the very beginning before he climbs the ladder! How ironic is that because if he'd put his head in the firing line instead of his leg it could have been game over...
  11. Freezing cold...I can see gritters everywhere. If it,s going to snow,please hurry up so I can admire it before I leave for the South.

  14. Everything ready for the road trip...thanks to the people who offered me a days work further East of my desinations..I appreciate it and will do my best (time permitting)

  16. We know how to deal with the winter up here...never been snowed in. Don't think I have to worry about that down south either.

  18. All done by 3.30 and finnished for this year...fingers crossed work comes in for us in 2015! Until then I shall be on the road again Mick Stockbridge...

  23. Finnished the jpb at my friends house yesterday so I amnow free to travel and I can't wait. Wet and dark for the Oak but the sun came out but the wind picked up! for the final Pine dismantle. Hit the uppermost branch first shot with the throwline so ZigZagged it up but was blown about till I got the top off.
