Got some super slow mo chop saw action...Some may find it boring but it is rather satisfying watching as the chips fly out and logs tumble ultra slow....

Art ropeguide is a really well crafted and workable fricton/rope/cambium saving device that's for sure...an alternative and my favourite is the Teufelberger pulley saver.

At least i was kept busy yesterday at my workstation not to notice the awful forever changing wintery weather.Just busy BUSY with the chop saw and forever taking my hoody and jacket on and off all the time as the rain,sleet and warm sunshine alternated....Still,had a very productive day.

Beautiful wood Laburnum....and a VERY distinctive odour when it's cut.

Yep i've used it a few times but i prefer the Stihl.

Old man's car is fine by me! I am a Grandfather afer all...like the 160T it's not how something is perceived to look like that matters to me but how it performs. And i've used both the Husqvarna and now mine and like Steve said the possible reason for the quieter Stihl may be down to it Mini Rollomatic bar and tiny chain.
