Hi dudes, iam reporting :-) live from the German TCC 2008... in this minutes the head to head footlock starts. after that the master with the best 5 of 54(?) climbers. only one women has compedet. he had the 27 or 28 place in the prelimbs! gratulations hanja fritze (german female champ 2007) sebastian hoffmann has a inofficiel new world record in footlock with 13.2 sek (head heard about 13.06 to anyway a little bit faster then chris..) more infos after the comp! greetz from germany - wolf

i have do it. but i had have at this time one big dread on the back and it opens buy himself. wasnt good under the helmet...

it was no slack in there. you see that this guy have a static rope between the limb he cut and the trunk(?) then he cut it. it was no rigging. only hang in. the rope is crushing and the tree works like a catapult. only hold with one hand, no belay...

i had long hair in the past. i was going down on my footlockrope and come with the hair into my figure 8 (setup: line - 8 - footlockprusik) then the hair going the same way like the rope threw the rope and i was haning with my hair in the 8. have to cut the between me and my rope in 7m high freehaning in air.... someone have give me a sisser(?). to cut them. havent had the space to cut them with the saw - only 10 cm between my head and rope. on the next day the rest of my hair come down by the hairdresser :-)

i have at the moment a undercover and a small gecko. works well. want to change the undercover into a slim carabiner.

i try do do :-) my firm-equipment: a beach rolly and a black diamond haulbag(145l) with lots of climbing gear :-) work in germany over winter and try to travel as much as i can over the summer and late summer. last year over all 10 countrys in europe. some of them twice and more... why not a treeclimbing-world-tour?!?!
