  1. I would also put 50% tax on canabis, that should fill the defecit within 12 month
  2. I would do away with road tax completely and put it on fuel, that way those that use it pay for it. A new amazon is now £900 road tax. The Amazon could only be used for 5000 miles per year as mine was, whereas some rep in a micra could do 80,000 mile per year and pay naff all road tax Totally unfair system
  3. I have been preparing my Wild flower bed at the brewery today. Too late to seed for this year but the bed has been prepared and left for 3 weeks then glyphosated. I'll leave it now through winter and do a final glyphos in the spring before sowing my seed. There is some bindweed I wnt to make sure I eradicate beforehand. The brewery have left it to me as to what I do with the gardening side on the site so I just need 4 trees to plant which will not have a wide spread, not grow too high, not have a wide spread root system (cherry) and give a wonderful colour display for the road frontage Decision decisions
  4. I take it you have bought new batteries for your calculator or just opened the curtains to make your solar powered one work
  5. Thanks for the suggestions chaps, will have a go
  6. A how to do it or what to do next vid
  7. Why do you need redtube Josh with all those swedish blondes all around you
  8. Is anyone else having the annoying problem of putting something into google, pressing search, then when the results come up and you click one it takes you to a totally different web address 3 or 4 times like I searched for Landrover uk, I click on landover uk web site address and it takes me to "Bing" then "Search.pro" etc etc
  9. I had to go round my 357 with an allen key and tighten the handle bolts up, all came loose
  10. I like my 660 but I have a bit of a soft spot for my 441 but occasionally I fall out with them both and plump for the 341, then when I get bored with them I use my 357XPG for a while, but the heated grip switch stays on so it gets a bit hot in summer so I then switch to one of my two 180 chipper saws, then if they break down I just use my 200t
  11. Which make is the most reliable though, stihl or Husqvarna
  12. We despatch around 1500 squirrels a year, mainly with tunnel traps and a few squirrels bashing shoots a year knocking out dreys and we still have trouble keeping them in check Could do with a huge mutlicatch trap which catches them all at once and then gas em
  13. I was thinking more on the lines of gassing rat holes on bankings etc. I know it's good fun to gas them with a two stroke engine to bolt them to dog or gun but gassing with nitrogen I reckon they wouldn't bolt and get away. Plug some holes and purge with gas If they did bolt they would be wobbling all over the place Might be a new service that could be offered
  14. People who haven't got access to firearms or people like rentokil who have mass extertmination to carry out
  15. Or millenia (if franks organising anything)
  16. If you look at my picture above you will see a "comb" being used to push the squirrel into a corner and hold it still so it cant move, a good idea I dont know why people use live traps if they are going to kill the squirrel, why not just use a tunnel trap which despatches the squirrel for you
  17. Today I am officailly a Geek, my Tree trunk metalwork detector arrived this morning, thats my excuse anyway
  18. That would be a Palfinger then
  19. Thinking of becoming a magistrate ??
  20. Sounds like a big pussy if it's full of cider mate
  21. I want to know HOW death is instant when the lungs fill with water Your brain and blood are still oxygenated, you die when your brain is starved of oxygen after using up the oxygen in your blood, it is comparatively slow. Unless of course you put arsnic in the water
  22. Might have been Dave, it was a documentary last year
  23. Very similar. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1789805/pdf/canvetj00312-0048.pdf
  24. Nope...none of that. It was a study to find an alternative to the electric chair or lethal injection and query as to why they botched so many. The scientist nor the journalist stopped breathing nor experienced any ill effects such as loose ring peice I'll try and dig out some info
