I don't think there is any thing wrong with that cut,most of the cut was done with both hands and only the finishing touch was one handed,which looked sencible to me,the other hand was well a way and the saw was at arms length. It looked to me that the reson for the "one handing" was to keep well back from the branch and to hold on to the MEWP.

When I used to subbie to fountain,their own men had their own saws and were paid an hourly allowance for there use,all their ppe and climbing gear was provided, as far as I know.

I love the summer,can't believe so many of you are moaning about it,I only ware sip class A and don't find them to bad,one thing I do is I ware long johns all winter,that way you feel much cooler without them,works for me.

I found that best counter attack for "the talk":scared: is to agree and surrender. I was given "the talk":scared: and just said yes dear your right, I do spend far to much time on arbtalk, I'll stop going on.For the next 3 days I did not go on, each day she would say "are you not going on?" I would say no your right dear its best if I don't, by day three she was saying "for pity's sake will you just log on! your making me feel so guilty!". Hee,Hee, not had any trouble since :wave:

Conker please be careful,did you see the case on the news of the couple that have been sued over the accident on a bouncy castle they had hired for a child's party,I have 4 kids of my own and they have a tree house, swings, slide, trampoline, etc,kids should be out try new things and taking risks,IMO,but in todays clam culture you really have to watch your back.
