  1. 14 all the way! it keeps the big saw on the ground for a while when doing take downs
  2. all of the above is what i had to do but dont forget the basics. i nearly got failed on my large fell because i took my eye of the tree when heading out my cleared escape route
  3. Bout ya! I run two of the green oval beasts. I have a 86 90 and a 130 300tdi tipper. Both can be a pain in the ass but if you need something you can work to death and then rebuild on the cheap over a weekend look no further. I aint sure how to put pics here but check out the landrover group thing to see mine,five grand all in:thumbup:
  4. my old boss had a long wheelbase one. it was ok for towing on the road but it would get stuck really easy in the dirty stuff. buy a good 300tdi landy. it will last a life time and will tow 3.5 ton
  5. Hi there just wondering if anybody has heard of these saws before.I am looking for a lightweight saw for my girlfriend to use for a bit of light ground work and felling. These saw would look good in my stihl collection as they are the same colour and very cheap. Any views?

  8. seems like a good saw. used the mates for a day and it was a trouble free day and he swears by it! Running a 441 myself also a damn good saw ( apart from exhaust bolts keep working loose)
