if you read your manual it says do not run with carb heater on for more than 2 mins otherwise damage may occure. or something like that.

We basically either take out the carb heater or disconnect the wire

i obviously splice but legislation is not good for splicing for anyone else

the bits required are available but by the time youve done you may as well look at buying a proper rope guide

best way to one yourself is find the bits from most arb dealers and chandlers and buy a 3.5m split tail and ties a prussic and your sorted
