  1. It's entirely possible to play within 'the rules' and not be a complete wanker. Sorry that you fell in with a bad bunch.
  2. Oligarchs.
  3. No you aren't, you were happy to pay your way until the rev changed their views on your chosen profession, and then you rightly kicked off.
  4. Nope, you think I do because you're blinkered into an 'us and them' mentality.
  5. You should set up a shell company in the Caymans, you need a better accountant.
  6. They make the rules, I follow the rules, simples. Do you like the fact that Boris is seemingly a long way up the hoop of Russian baddies?
  7. I suppose that depends on which country you choose to you register your business in. Why do you live there if you hate it so much?
  8. I see benefits where you don't. That's fine by me.
  9. Our taxes and NI already do. Perhaps if they taxed the real money instead of giving them bonuses and chasing the little man, we wouldn't feel so aggrieved.
  10. No, but free university education and free prescriptions for my family looks good to me. Plus access to a GP in days, not weeks.
  11. We'll see.
  12. Independence for us soon enough though, so that'll be alright. I quite like Sturgeon.

  15. Jog on.
  16. The article came from the front page of the Sunday Times website, it's quite relevant given the situation in Ukraine and not really a mission to find such links. You constantly try to deflect from the failures of this PM by highlighting the other rotters that preceded him, I think most people agree that there is corruption in politics, humans are fallible after all. I think you have to be a mug to accept that the current PM is suitable to run this country.
  17. It was a post about the PM and links to Russian money. There's only one party in power now so there is no relevance in equating him to former PM's of any party. Whataboutery is something you try and fail to grasp.
  18. So what should we do about it?
  19. Your link is to an article from sixteen years ago. There is the potential for change if we collectively do something about it.
  20. Yup, they're not much fun to climb. Snappy things.
  21. It does. Ailanthus can be troublesome in clay soils with high shrink/swell potential.
  22. Boris Johnson’s Russian crony Evgeny Lebedev got peerage after spies dropped warning WWW.THETIMES.CO.UK The security services withdrew an assessment that granting a peerage to a Russian businessman posed a national security...
  23. All good advice above. For future reference, most councils have an online map showing Conservation Areas, and some of them also show TPO locations.
